Account Manager

  • Job Description

    1. To observe and follow the rules and regulations of the Company as contained in the employee’s manual and in memorandums issued and to be issued by management from time to time.

    2. Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profit

    3. Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts and executive sponsors.

    4. Help customers through email, phone, online presentations, screen-share and in person meetings

    5. Generating new sales using existing and potential customer networks.

    6. Act as the point of contact and handle customers’ individual needs

    7. Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.

    8. Report on the status of accounts and transactions

    9. Set and track sales account targets/quota, aligned with company objectives.

    10. Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth

    11. Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations

    12. On time submission of sales and pipeline reports.

    13. Prepare PMAS for evaluation.

    14. To perform such other functions which management may assign to you from time to time.

  • Job Requirements

    • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s or College Degree in any Business Course

    • Must have at least one (1) year of sales experience

    • Must be willing to learn and explore.

    • Has good communication and presentation skills and with pleasing personality.

    • Client-oriented

    • Background in IT or ERP Systems is an advantage

    • Handled accounts in multiple industries

    • Can work under pressure
